Please accept my heartfelt thank you. Two weeks ago my ancient air conditioning system finally died. As always, Jean the receptionist listened to my concerns and within 24 hours, Boogie was at my home to access the situation. Realizing the system was not only inaccessible but beyond repair, Boogie assured me that he would call the expert to come and evaluate my air conditioning unit.

Keith arrived within 45 minutes and knew my problem could be fixed. Parts/system had to be ordered but everyone at Whitlow was more than gracious to want to make sure I had fans/etc. to keep me cool till Friday when they were able to start the job. I was promised by Saturday I would have air conditioning on the second floor, and indeed that is exactly what happened. Keith and I discussed over and over, (including my moments of panic when I thought I would need to purchase an expensive system for downstairs) never did I feel pressured, if anything, Keith continued to assess and reassess what could possibly be the answer to assuring air conditioning throughout my home.

Everything worked out great! My home is a cool 74-76 degrees. I thank all of you for your quick reply (through a very warm week), your attention to detail, and your outstanding customer service.
