On March 25th and 26th I had new ductwork installed, existing equipment (gas pack, air conditioner, & furnace) removed and a New York Affinity 2 stage heat gas pack unit installed at my home. It was both a privilege, and a pleasure to have worked with, and chosen such an organized and professional company.
Keith Doxey, the HVAC consultant, upon my request, submitted a detailed proposal for the work. He provided me with a comprehensive, in-depth explanation of all work to be done. He clearly explained the job and exhibited great knowledge in his field of expertise. He did not hesitate to answer any of my many questions, nor did he seem hurried or rushed in his explanation. Mr. Doxey worked around my schedule and continually checked on the progress of the job throughout its duration assuring the highest standards were met.
Jean in the office was extremely organized and professional as well. She assured my paperwork was in order and sent me all receipts in a timely manner. She also assured that l was informed of the city inspection in advance, and provided me with the telephone number in which to reach them.
Tony, Terry, and Richard Jr., the technicians who performed the work, also possess a comprehensive knowledge regarding their specialty. They were on time, highly trained, and possessed an extensive knowledge of the newest innovative technology in the HVAC field. All of the technicians were very organized, highly motivated, polite, and respectful. They approached the project in a systematic way and managed their time effectively.
The job site was cleaned up to perfection. Together, they worked as a team to get the job done.
